Our Services

We are a food delivery service that provides delicious, wholesome food specialising in tiffin food carriers. We also do catering and pop up events.

1. How to order?
• Select a date
• Sign up if you do not have an existing account or login using your Facebook account.
• Click on the items you’d like to purchase.
• Confirm your shopping cart and check out.

2. When’s your cut off time?
• Our meal ordering cut-off time for next day delivery is by 3.00pm.
• Our cakes that are being sold should be ordered in 3 working days, also by 3.00pm.
• Payments cut-off time is to be before 5.00pm.

3. How to make payment?
• You can make payment via PayPal. (Debit and Credit Card accepted)

4. Can I change or cancel my orders?
• For all orders, any changes must be made at least the day before by 3PM. We do not allow any refunds; however, you are allowed change the delivery day (valid only within 5 days).
• No refunds allowed.

5. Delivery Time
• Lunch orders: 11am – 1pm.
• Dinner orders: 4pm – 6.30pm

6. Delivery Area and Delivery Fee
• We deliver around Klang Valley

7. Do I get to keep the tiffin + what do I do with it after?
• All prices are inclusive of the tiffin and it’s yours to keep. However, if you’d like to return the tiffin, you can drop it off at our HQ in Bangsar and we will reimburse your deposits;
• RM20.00 for small tiffins.
• RM50.00 for large tiffins.


8. Why can’t I order my cakes today?
• We need to prepare the cake within 3 working days as it requires time to produce.

10. Is our food healthy?
• Our food is homecooked and we ensure to use only fresh and halal ingredients
